    Customers for Sale.

    I am selling my clients; I am getting a day job and won’t be able to support them so I want to move them on to a good new home.

    We are using WHM/Cpanel, WHM Auto pilot for billing.

    I have 25 customers most are resellers.

    Total disk space sold = 44,500 MB
    Total disk space used = 41,000 MB

    Total bandwidth sold = 564,000 MB
    Total bandwidth used = 28,000 MB (this month)

    Estimated Income:
    --> $194.95 USD Billing Monthly
    --> $80.00 USD Billing Quarterly
    --> $59.94 USD Billing Semi-Annually
    --> $198.00 USD Billing Annually

    Estimated Annual Revenue: $2977.28 USD

    There are 25 accounts and ~180 domains on the server from resellers.

    I am selling only the customers; you may buy the server from me if you want for an additional $1500 but I am not selling the company just the clients.

    Most the sites are personal/ Clan, their are a few business accounts. I don’t believe their is any porn or anything like that.

    I would prefer a offline payment method but i would take paypal.

    Here is the sign up dates, some are about a year old or more...

    Do we get to keep the name servers as well or do we need to have all of the customers change the nameservers?

    Is there a way to view the credit card numbers of the clients in plain text? (meaning NOT decrypted) so that we could add them to our billing system? Let me know as I am interested.

    I could forward the name servers to your DNS servers for a few months while you have them change their name servers, But i do need to keep that domain.

    We dont have the Credit Card Numbers, since they used 2Check Out or Paypal.

    Where are all of their domain names registered? Through an account of yours or somewhere else?

    How many people pay with 2co and how many with paypal? Is the paypal account included with the sale or no? For the people that are paying with paypal are they subscription based or not?

    The current bid is $1500.

    I have contacted 2Checkout to see if they would be able to transfer the clients into the buyers account, yet to recive a reply, Same with Paypal.

    I will keep the bidding open untill tomarrow around noon i think, as i still need to write up the contracts.

    Their are only a few domains registered with us and they are at godaddy.

    13 with 2CO and 12 with paypal they are all subscriptions, the paypal account is not included.

    PM sent...

    Now that i think of it i guess i could include the paypal account, since you can change the default email in their system so we could change it to your sales/billing email.

    It was me, it was me, I'm the one who placed the $1575 bid and then backed out.

    Not to bash anyone, but the seller told me on the phone that his plans are to start another hosting business this coming year. We're not a large internet provider, but we're an ISP here in south eastern Washington and we purchased a small web hosting firm back east ... we made him sign a non-compete clause. Heck, a lot of computer repair shops here locally like ourselves are making their employees sign them so their employees won't steal clients and run.

    No harsh feelings against yourself or your company, I'm sure you won't back down against your word, I just wanted to see a non-compete clause signed.
    Thanks,

    No hard feelings.

    Like i said in my Sales Agreement I have:
    Seller agrees to refrain from soliciting business from the holders of hosting accounts to be transferred and will refuse business from these holders in the future once this transaction is completed.

    We actually arent starting a new business but will resume business under the current name. I just need a break from hosting, and need a business plan rewrite, and would be spring 2006 im guessing when we restart.
