Now I have such experience:
28.05 the order concerning the sum 22.95 $,
in my bank have confirmed translation of this sum of Houston.
All time answers me ResellerZoom:
-That they did not receive my money.

It not money of pity, the sum, is no more.
But on this experience, I shall not do the order abroad,
also i recommend friends to not repeat my mistake.
Or private experience? Or so always?
It is a pity, after that experience i planned to order dedicated -
where the sum much more, now i not shall, danger.
I must say I am very surprised to see this posted here on WHT to say the least. I guess people can rant about anything these days. You should consider calling your credit card bank and ask them why your card was declined as we have no control over that.
Additional, I would like to say that I did ask you for more information so that I can locate your transaction since the information you originally provided was no good. You eventually sent us the information and I quickly located your transaction which were both noted as declined. Of course I guess all that was left out of this thread to make us look bad.

I also agree with that.
If you are from a different country then the host, I recommend you use paypal then, to prevent this from ever happening.
I've been with ResellerZoom a few weeks, maybe 2-3.. And I've not had a problem yet. Actually, I'm suprised nothing bad has happened.
My friend had similar problem his case was the AVS problem resellerzoom took the time to explain how avs works and even went further to process his credit card manually after few e-mails and suggestions resellerzoom had provided and calls to the bank my friend made to the point where the bank just didn't see a reason why there was a AVS dismatch with resellerzoom only.
I have never tried this company so i wouldn't know how good they are but they do seem to take an extra step further to help.
I personally wouldn't even post a topic like this "Bad experience with ResellerZoom " when your creditcard is the one been declined.

I am cosidering getting an account to test them out after reading reviews and all.
1) I did not wish to offend ResellerZoom.
2) Yesterday sent e-mail inquiry to administrator WHT, that it has removed this message,but probably it did not have time.
I think a theme has settled myself still yesterday, probably its decision will not be.
But the facts:
- My bank insists that payment has left to Houston,
- Houston answers that my bank does not pass $29.95
So to whom to me to trust - to my bank of the house? Or dear Kiet?
I trust bank with which many years, and this sum $22.95 not a problem.
Mathematics simple: from my card has decreased = on other account has arrived.
