I brought a reseller pacakge off of a comapny called Unit hosting.net (cant say it as one word as they have been blocked)12 months ago and al started well. Around 5 months i started to see very bad down time but they where able to "explain" what was wronge each time. Around 7 months in it would go down and you would receive no reason. I had 5 unreplyed tickets all after each other within one month !
they also had a forum where you where able to post info and complants about the servers ect (like you do..), when the other people and me on the server reloised they we all had the same problem we started asking more and more questions .They would not responed or give anyone any answers but still servers were being added and new clients joining.
All of the people on the server who asked on the forum about what was going on where banned from the forum. I e-mail them to again find out what was going on. I went to my ticket office to see if they had replyed to any of my tickets to find that all the unansered ones had been removed - so it looked liked they answered all the tickets - this also happened to others.
I moved from them to a new host about 2 months ago, so i have been paying for 2 months and not using the space they supplyed. I now run my comapany from my new host but unit hosting will not get back to me on any issue which also means i cant cancle my contract with them - i have e-mailed them over 10 times to tell them to cancle it - but got nothing back. There forum has been taken down due to too many complants being registered.
Is there a way i can make them not bill me - contact them , place an commplant and have there comapany looked into - and repay all the cliants they have done this to (im not the first , nore will i be the last).
This is also a warning to all other potential VICTIMES !!!!!
All you need to do is contact your credit card company and tell them you cancelled with the hosting company two months ago. The longer you wait - the more difficult you are making it to cancel via the credit card company.

That is what I had to do with this company.
They are horrible poor poor poor service. I waited 1 month for them to reply to one ticket.
After been with them for 10 months I left.
I admit that they had a super service at the start then they slowly disappeared.
Right and the longer you wait on contacting your bank, the more validation you are giving to the company. If they get too mnay chargesbacks - the merchant account processor will pull their merchant account
