I've got MRTG installed to monitor the traffic for my gameservers and my website (all on the same box). I've confirmed that people actually ARE using the gameservers and people are downloading from my site, but it doesn't show up on MRTG. http://184.108.40.206/mrtg/
It shows that each IP being monitored is transferring less than 1Kbps... which contradicts what Linux Bandwidth Monitor is telling me. BWmon readouts below:
lo 0.000 0.000 0.000
eth0 234.148 304.523 538.671
All 234.148 304.523 538.671
System uptime: 15 days 15 hours 11 minutes and 21 seconds
Note: bwmon regularly spikes up to 800Kbps total across all IPs.
The gameservers are operating on genesis, legacy and vapor. Why isn't MRTG graphing the gameserver transfer? I've got pretty standard configs, the options of which are just growright and bits. Does anyone have any idea as to what's going on and how I can fix it?
NOTE: vapor (220.127.116.11) is the root IP for the server. MRTG is in /var/www/html/mrtg and the cfg files are in /etc/mrtg.
