That is a very old skin of WHM. I think it was called orange something if I'm not mistaken.

It's probably jsut a custom theme.

hi guys
I talked to them they r using cpanel10. but i wana know their abt their network speed and uptime.coz the my current host goes down every day. (but they say 99.9 uptime guarntee)

Those "garuntees" often have loopholes.. Check their AUP and TOS to find out exactly what they have set when they say "99.9% uptime GARUNTEE". Probably looped from here and back so that no matter what happens, they have some loophole transfer that will keep them from having to refund you.

Yep. I believe that not one, if at all, of those hosts that unfortunately went down did not offer this quarantee? It would be better to judge by their track records.
