hdd info not showing in WHM

WHM > Server Status > Server Information > Physcial Disks

    Does not show 'hdd' information.

Server uses CentOS 3.4 and SATA drives. First time with this setup and have not seen this problem with earlier versions of RH Linux and IDE drives. Looks like it does not matter what version (or type) of WHM is being used. Tried them all except for Edge.

Anyone else run into this situation and get it figured out?

Without giving away too much information, I was looking to see if anyone else had experenced this problem and found a solution, or at least heard of it.

well, the obvious question is IS it mounted?
I've got the same setup (two SATA drives) running under the same thing (CentOS 3.4/CPanel) and it shows up just fine from here. Use the shell to see if the drive is physically mounted, and if it IS, then it's time to submit a ticket to CPanel, because there's no reason it shouldn't be showing it.
