Not really hosting-specific, but you would try out www.thebannerexchange.net for cheap impressions. It's up to 5 million banners displaying on over 20,000 sites worldwide.

Just a note. We are not interested in publishing adds on any free-hosting related forums. Simply our service is for paid hosting and we are not targeting that kind of audience: usually it brings lots of traffic but no sign-ups.
