    what happened to my reserved in 2co !!!!

    hi guys,

    i was told that the reserve in my 2co v1 will be released on 15th of May.. till now, none of my reserve in v1 is released after i converted to v2..

    i sent them tickets and none of them are replied..

    do anyone of u having the same problem ?? what happened to support team from 2co and most importantly, what happened to all my reserve in v1 !!!

    please advise..

    I have had some issues with responce time from support. It use to take a day or two, but now the responce time seems to be on average atleast 7-10 days. The more tickets I would open the slower it seemed to get.

    You can also try to pick up the phone and give them a call
