    Question DirectI.com Nameservers - URGENT

    Hey,

Got a DirectI.com reseller and have had no problems until now.

We have just upgraded our server and had it transferred onto the new server. This meant new IP's. So all we had to do was change the old IP's in the nameservers to the new IP's. Sounds Simple?

When loggin into the CP for DirectI.com reseller, I and my other staff, cant actually create new Nameservers and able to enter in IP's. We cannot find the original nameservers either.

Example, under Add NS Records, we can add the ns1 zone, but cannot add an IP as there is no option for this. This is as close we are to changing or creating actual nameservers.

So i need help urgently. Ive logged a support ticket with DirectI.com but as yet to recieve an reply, probably busy but i figure this would be quicker.

    Yeah sure np.

    After you have logged in,
Click Domains > Search > Domain Registration Search

Enter in the Domain you are after. Example yourdomain.com

When the search completes. click on the domain name that you wish to edit the nameservers for. When the next page loads, click on Manage Child Nameservers.

Its pretty simple from then on.
