influeix.com = rip of subnixus.com
These guys did a total rip of out css and basic layout. We only found our when they failed to remove a hidden stats counter from the code they stole. Stay away from these guys if you are thinking about their "web design" services... they are obviously too lazy to do anything themselves.
I would stay away from their hosting services as well if this is the way they operate. Compare:
www.influeix.com to www.subnixus.com (esp. the css)

It's actually quite funny that they advertise web design, yet their source code is a total mess.
Code:<td style="vertical-align: top; text-align: center;"><strong><strong></strong></strong><strong><strong><strong><a href="reseller.html"><strong>view reseller plans<br> </strong></a></strong></strong></strong></td>

I don't see much resemblance, but if your hidden counter is in there, it could very well be a rip, but with modifications.

There are no similarities in the design, the CSS does match though.

Hey subigo
I've already replied to your email.
I hired someone to do a site for us, this has been fine all along including for others that requested to have a site to be designed for us. We just started to offer reseller accounts so that was why we needed a site update.
Our usual designer does this for us but at the moment he's tied with a couple of projects.
We were recommended by him and since he has been doing a fine job, we trust his recommendations.
I wasnt aware of this issue till I received the email that you sent to us.
Try searching for archives of our site (www.waybackmachine.org) and take a look at the sites that we used to have. We've been around for nearly 2 years (not that long though) and know the 'seriousness' of copyright issues.
Its great that you posted here (no pun intended) but I believe this could be settled privately.
I'm going to personally take down the site. I'm requesting a couple of hours so that I could get the old site back up again.
NOTE: I dont have a copy of the old site.
Here's my sincere apologise again. Feel free to contact me directly or reply to the email that I have sent you.Cut Down Cost Not Service

Dude, it's not really a problem. You can even use the code... I only have a problem when people take without asking. I have actually let quite a few people use the code, graphics, etc...
So yeah, you can use it. Just ask next time.

The question is whether it's readily available elsewhere as well..
subigo - did you originally design it all or outsource?
Seems a lot of "designers" these days are ripping, ripping and more ripping rather than getting creative.
Lazyness!

Influeix has a honest and sincere reply but subigo comes up as quite a gentleman. Not easy to find and nice to see that in WHT : )

Does anyone know what has happened to subnixus.com? The site does not even exist anymore. Thanks in advance.

Looks like they have some serious DNS issues:
