Hello
Im about to get an VPS I think
Would I have root access to Apache?
So I can edit http.conf files and etc?
I need also WHM at it, is it VPS smart at all?

Yes you get full root access.

What do you mean by 'VPS smart at all'?
Just a note - as previously mentioned you will have absolute access to just about everything concerning the VPS.

I mean, is it better than a dedicated or?
I allready have a dedicated and im earning a lot with it
It going to be for a free and paid image hosting site
Is VPS smart for having firts and then go over to dedicated?

Yes a VPS is a good start before a dedicated server. A dedicated server is a lot more powerfull than a VPS.

I would recommend going straight to a VPS unless you expect a large amount of growth immediately.
Go with a VPS first - transferring over to a vps should be no hassle later on, if you find a good company now you could also just move directly to a dedicated with them and they may handle the majority of the transfer for you.
