That is STRAIGHT from the above.net sales persons mouth.
What he was doing was against his agreement with Above.net.

Just about everything that he told me was a lie and didn't check out. I just choose to go with Above.net directly since they told me that he was even suppose to be selling for them.

We have a Gig with Above.net right now, and a pretty good relationship with them, and paying MORE than what Blake offered it for.

Ask your yourself, why would I do this? Because I did my homework and called people before sending money.

Trace to our router at 64.124.159.1.

How does tracing to your router solve anything? Seems like self-advertising to me...

Also, you have a copy of Blake's contract to confirm he has broken the contract? Plus if they just said, "he shouldn't be reselling for us" that doesn't necessarily mean it was against his agreement, just that they didn't have him in as a reseller. As long as the contract states you can't resell it I'd assume you could, if you asked me. I have seen many a time where a sales rep at a company was upset that a reseller could sell under the pricing they were authorized to offer it for, etc. Saying that he is/was illegally selling bandwidth is a little across the line, if you asked me. I have delt with Blake and I have seen nothing shady about it. A little hard to contact once in awhile, but other than that it was good working with him.

They specifically said that XTREMEBANDWIDTH was not authorized to be reselling above.net bandwidth.

Lets ask Blake why he no longer sells above.net anyway?

What would you do? Send money anyway. Right ....

Pretty low on the above.net self advertising comment - I was just proving that we HAVE above.net to support my claims. I would not rather not be involved in this witch hunt at all, but I guess that this is part of the business.

Ok yeah yeah first post crucify me because I'm not an active member only a lurker.

However this keeps going on. These hosts pop up out of nowhere and admittingly have people on their staff that have ripped customers off in the past. Yet the folks here continue to allow it.

    nslookup 64.124.159.1
    Server: localhost

hmm that doesn't say it's "Your" router ... it says it's your uplines. Not really a problem but don't come off all big or anything because people in the know know.

BTW ... alphared, question, hows your sales guy doing? The guy that left his last hosting company high and dry and customers not knowing which way to turn?

Nice dodging ... how about some answers to the specific questions.

I have all night. All week in fact. And think carefully before you answer because I may just have proof to prove you wrong.

    Here's some specific questions:

Has Chris tried to sell anybody on moving to your hosting within the last 24 hours?

Are your companies in any way doing business in the philipines with deecash?

I think that you know that the Chris situation was resolved 3 weeks ago in the previous witchhunt. Why do you want to bring this up again?

Do you mean to tell me when he stops responding to all his customers all at once and disappears for weeks his customers have no right to question the next place he goes to work?

Also should I go to the Adult message board and copy out where orangefiber stated they were being hosted by deecash?

Well, I'm not a newbie and I can confirm that unixbro here isn't a newbie either. If I were you I'd answer his questions.

No. Unixbro is self employeed however I do contract work for a few different hosting companies and have been in hosting for quite a while so I have a clue as to what I am talking about.

Do I receive any pay from Karl? Well that would be between me and Karl now wouldn't it.

I am done answering questions here to COMPETITORS and people who won't tell me their name. You want to attack me, then do it. I did you a favor by disclosing Chris's whereabouts against my best judgement. Why would I do that?

You also disclosed you hired and are working with theives.

You have clearly dodged the subjects and your future customers will see this.

You are at best running a very shady company one that people should stay far away from. Witchhunt? call it what you will. You are clearly not being honest with people and therefore you must have something to hide.

Yup please don't make me say my reasons here but if you must know:

    1. Hosting doesn't evolve around web hosting talk ... it's a good board and has a lot of knowledge but not one of my favorite places.

    2. The amount of 15 year old customers here tells me to find business elsewhere. My business plan doesn't involve having free hosting or hosting kids.

(My apologies to the real hosting companies here as I know there are quite a few of those too.)

I am allowed to have my opinions as is everyone else. Just because I opted to speak tonight and not at other times in no way says I am a newbie to hosting. It just means I am usually to busy to hang out on boards bottom feeding for customers.

I dont think that I am required to ANSWER questions to NEWBIES and COMPETITORS about the dealings of my company.

If you want to claim that I host and work with PORN companies then do it, every host here hosts porn - including you Karl. The simple matter of fact is - it is NONE of your business nor the publics who I choose to host.

Well - since this is such a terrible board and we are all bottomfeeders - then why don't you just LEAVE it.
