    OrangeFiber/AlphaRed/TulinOnline = Scumbags : Part 2

Here are additional infomation on Tulin/Alphared/Orangefiber/
    Ideabandwidth/Budgetserv.

The group of Tulin and its affiliates are actually hosting
companies owned and managed by JAMES REED
    MCCREARY IV.

Tulin Online (complete name) is not a Filipino owned
company and was just based in the Philippines in early
2002 until early 2004. Tulin was the successor to AS
NETWORKS, an Austin, Texas based web hosting firm
owned and operated by Mccreary IV from 1996-2001.

Alphared is also the successor to Tulin when this scumbag
hurriedly left the Philippines in mid 2004 and set it up
in Houston. Texas. Its data center (NOC) is housed at
Suite 1550, Wedge International Tower, 1415 Louisiana,
    Houston, Texas.

In Idealbandwidth, Mccreary IV has a managing partner
who is an Indian-American named DEEPAK AGARWAL
    of Deecash.com and Iwebmasters.com

James Mccreary IV is wanted now in the Philippines with
multiple lawsuits both civil and criminal including non
payment of credit card obligations with Citibank and HSBC.

We hope these extra information will help you and others
track this guy down and make him pay for his misdeeds.

Just so you know - these posts were made by a EX-Business partner who stole half of my Outsourcing Business.

    Joel Aquino

He is wanted on multi accounts of car jacking, and accounting fraud.

If anyone wants to have a debate on how the politics of Philippines works - I am open to it, but doesn't have much to do with a hosting company that runs in Houston.

Nor do *personal* credit issues, which the OP obviously has no current status information on as they are not his business.

I don't see anything "scumbag" worthy in this thread, just Joel coming back from hiding and trying to start some drama.
Not to mention the OP is on the hideout from REAL criminal acts.

    Lets count them down:

    1) MULTIPLE car theft counts
    2) deceitful accouting practices
    3) fraudulent accouting practices
    4) unauthorized banking transaction
    5) forged documentation

Oh yeah! Someone out of spite posting personal finance information in an attempt to turn into some kind of witch hunt, or doubt of integrity of James.

The OP should be taken with a grain of salt, although the people who don't read this thread or want to cause drama will turn this into something bigger than it is.

Which means what exactly? That I am defending my boss? Where's the drama in that? I work at AlphaRed I think I am entitled to defend the person who employs me, does not seem immoral to me.

We have 18 people who work here at AlphaRed and will be hiring a lot more in the next coming days, is it something of a mystery that some people will share the same IP, when we're sharing the same office?

Although I haven't had a server with AlphaRed for long, I think they are a great company with great people. I hope what apprentice has posted is completely false or extremely exaggerated.

Sheesh, this whole OrangeFiber/AlphaRed/Tulin Online thing is just getting out of hand. I've spoken to James many times, and I can say he's a really nice guy. I just think there's a problem with how he manages his company, it's really disorganized. He knows it is, and at least he's been working to fix it. I'm not going to take sides here though, i'll sit this one out for the first time in history.

The original poster probably is some pissed off ex-employee \ business partner but he\she is not too far from the truth because last time I checked Alphared Inc owes us money for backing out of a 240k contract even after we had engineers work and meet with them, pull fiber and install equipment etc.

    Just my 2 Cents.

You have got to be kidding me right Blake.

Maybe I need to get ABOVE.NET to post in this forum about how you ripped them off? And how you were illegally reselling bandwidth for them. How do you think that we owe you 240K for something that you were selling illegally? Also - funny that no one at above.net knows about the supposed installation of my above.net circuit that I ordered through you?

You might want to check your facts also. I have talked Above.net, why do you think that I backed out of the deal anyway? Because they said that you were SHADY.

And please let me know what fiber you had "pulled" and "equipment installed." I know for a FACT (first hand knowledge) from Above.net that you are lieing about this.

Just wondering, how do you resell bandwidth illegally? As long as there is not a no resell clause in the contract it can be resold, to the best of my knowledge, etc. Also, if you contacted Abovenet about it and they just told you he was shady not that he was ruining there business with his illegal activities, etc. I would further doubt your recalling of the events. In addition, simply attacking those that say bad things about you generally isn't the best way of going about things. You are simply stooping to their level, and if you have nothing to hide you should be able to tell the simple truth that would lead people to believe you without going on the attack.

That is STRAIGHT from the above.net sales persons mouth.
What he was doing was against his agreement with Above.net.

Just about everything that he told me was a lie and didn't check out. I just choose to go with Above.net directly since they told me that he was even suppose to be selling for them.

We have a Gig with Above.net right now, and a pretty good relationship with them, and paying MORE than what Blake offered it for.

Ask your yourself, why would I do this? Because I did my homework and called people before sending money.

Trace to our router at 64.124.159.1.

How does tracing to your router solve anything? Seems like self-advertising to me...

Also, you have a copy of Blake's contract to confirm he has broken the contract? Plus if they just said, "he shouldn't be reselling for us" that doesn't necessarily mean it was against his agreement, just that they didn't have him in as a reseller. As long as the contract states you can't resell it I'd assume you could, if you asked me. I have seen many a time where a sales rep at a company was upset that a reseller could sell under the pricing they were authorized to offer it for, etc. Saying that he is/was illegally selling bandwidth is a little across the line, if you asked me. I have delt with Blake and I have seen nothing shady about it. A little hard to contact once in awhile, but other than that it was good working with him.

They specifically said that XTREMEBANDWIDTH was not authorized to be reselling above.net bandwidth.

Lets ask Blake why he no longer sells above.net anyway?

What would you do? Send money anyway. Right ....

Pretty low on the above.net self advertising comment - I was just proving that we HAVE above.net to support my claims. I would not rather not be involved in this witch hunt at all, but I guess that this is part of the business.

Ok yeah yeah first post crucify me because I'm not an active member only a lurker.

However this keeps going on. These hosts pop up out of nowhere and admittingly have people on their staff that have ripped customers off in the past. Yet the folks here continue to allow it.

hmm that doesn't say it's "Your" router ... it says it's your uplines. Not really a problem but don't come off all big or anything because people in the know know.

Nice dodging ... how about some answers to the specific questions.

I have all night. All week in fact. And think carefully before you answer because I may just have proof to prove you wrong.

    Here's some specific questions:

Has Chris tried to sell anybody on moving to your hosting within the last 24 hours?

Are your companies in any way doing business in the philipines with deecash?
