    ISPs can't see our website

We have been recently been hearing from a few of our clients that they are unalbe to see our website.

I have no idea what would be causing this, they can't see the site or send us email. It is very strange and frustrating.

We recenlty set up our domain with reverse DNS to hopefully fix these problems. Bu we are still having issues and it's not AOL isps.

Ask them to traceroute and find out where the packets are dropped. It could be your end too. If there is an automatic firewalling setup like bfd their ISP's ip is likely blocked due to abuse. - the name says it all!
