HOSTGATOR is dropping the ball. 18 days later NO account INFORMATION.
Gotten a lot of good review from you guys about Hostgator... but i think they are getting too big for their own good.
Signed up for an account on the 4th of May, paid with paypal with in 2 minutes of signing up.
They told me to wait for an email confirmation for my log on information.
Now its 18 days later... may the 22nd and NOTHING.
No emails, no refund... just nothing. I do not have a spam filter for my account so no chance of it getting spammed blocked.
Tech support is slow as well.... now its going on 15 minutes and the guy cant even find my account.
Sure took my hard earned money realllllly quicky.
Their looking to be come the next small company that got too big too quick.Last edited by godspeed; 05-22-2005 at 05:56 PM.

do they have any other way to contact ?
it could be they did not receive your email.
do they use a ticket system ? it could be they sent you an email and had problems with his smtp server....0

All accounts are created 15 minutes after you sign up automatically. If you did not get account information you need to open a ticket with us telling us so.

I just talked to Joel about an hour ago.
He said he was going to re-send the information in "minutes".... guess what?!
That was 40 minutes ago! Still NOTHING.
Like i said, you guys need to get your act together. If you going to get big, pay the man power to do the job.0

On second thought, cancel my account and give me back my money.
I have better places and better web hosts to spend 17$ a month this is getting rediculous.0

Perhaps you could take this off forum.
This is not the HostGator support system.0

That doesn't like host gator something must have went wrong. I do agree that this is not a hostgator support forum. It seems to be that once someone starts bagging on a company others follow even if its not true.
