I suggesst elance myself. They are one of the originals. If you are a very experienced coder, work well with any level company, and intuitive on your customers needs, id go there. One of my friends once I sent him there got a major project within a week for 10 grand. (Ordering System Project)

Yes, it is so unfair to pay somebody to have set up the means by which you get a paying job that you would never have had access to before. They've built a community full of people who want to pay you to do a job, set it up so you can easily and safely make the transaction, and you call it simply "running a bbs". Please be sure to throw terms like that around when trying to get a paying job, as it proves to be very professional-looking.
Sorry, didn't mean to sound curt, when I reread that. However, both of us have a point - make sure that if you are paying a commission of any sort that it is indeed deserved and fair. A blanket policy of "they deserve it for their work" cannot always justify a commission so it is always good to be cautious about it.
