[dirtcheapwebhosting] Crappy Support
Hi all,
As you've probably suspected by the name, you get what you pay for. The support people do not tell each other that one of them has read a ticket. Other tickets go unanswered.
Here's a little something from the last ticket (in a long unanswered line of tickets):
(note that the text on my side is not exactly what I sent -- I do not have a copy of what I said so am going from memory)
My Message:
I submitted a ticket 10 days ago asking for my server to be reformatted. I obviously underestimated the lowness of a priority level 5 ticket. Can I get this done? thanks heh
Alex what are you talking about, prority level 5? Ya we can format it at any time, what does heh mean?
"heh" is a way of expressing humor in text -- can I get the server reformatted?
