As you've probably suspected by the name, you get what you pay for. The support people do not tell each other that one of them has read a ticket. Other tickets go unanswered.

Here's a little something from the last ticket (in a long unanswered line of tickets):

(note that the text on my side is not exactly what I sent -- I do not have a copy of what I said so am going from memory)

My Message:
I submitted a ticket 10 days ago asking for my server to be reformatted. I obviously underestimated the lowness of a priority level 5 ticket. Can I get this done? thanks heh
