    What Presale FAQs do you have?

    I am in the process of compiling a presales FAQ base. I am curious what kinds of FAQ other web hosts get, pertaining to Hosting, Dedicated servers, Shoutcast servers and Gaming servers?

    important faqs to include :

    1) what is the allotted system resources and what is done if it breaks the limit

    2) whether 24 X 7 support with real working solution

    3) whether reasonably good speed and 99.5% + uptime

    4) backups - what and how

    5) the owner or webhost is reasonably physically fit and not mom-with-kids type
    ( an unfit host with kids to look after sold the company while all the way saying things were undergoing "betterment" )

    6) what are the true per month fees

    It's a really good pre-sales FAQ. I've been meaning to go through it more, and add some of those questions to mine.
