My ecommerce site hosted on what was called T3Link or Webhostingetc or supposedly now called jdlinkllc.com has been down for over a week.
I call them every hour on the hour to at least find out what the heck is going on and all I get is "mailbox full."
I know I am not the only one affected... does anyone know what happened to the company?
If your site is of any importance for you, I would pack up and move on. 1 week is crazy, and I bet they are gone for good I hope you can contact them soon.
I have orders from last Friday prior to them going down that need to be retrieved.
Usually, they went down for a day at most. I'd call and it would go back up again.
Now none of my SQL databases will connect even if I put in a straight IP... it is giving me errors saying our login is incorrect!
We just got billed a few days ago too. What is my recourse aside from filing a chargeback with our credit card company?
