Complete Site Ripped - Advice?
First, I'm calm
Note that my design is one that has been purchased from a template provider, not templatemonster.com.
My site: http://www.cernax.com
Their site: http://t3ch.co.uk/
How do I know it's stolen?
1. TOS - EXACTLY the same even uses my businesses' name in it, they didn't bother changing it.
2. Content - Everything is same except company name
3. Slogan - This is a one of a kind slogan that I have not seen in use anywhere else.
4. Fonts - You can tell he didn't have access to PSD file because on the images the fonts just don't match at all
I think my biggest issue is my slogan, content, and TOS being copied completely. I don't really care as much about the template being copied, but that is another point.
Before I do anything out of spite, I wanted to get your opinion. My current plan is to contact where I bought template from so they can confirm he didn't buy it. After that, send them a letter.
I'm looking for advice on steps to take, what to say, etc.

The rippers will hear from our lawyers this coming monday.
What a shame. Ripping without thinking. If i were to rip a site, i'll take out the logo and the tagline. But adding them in the site makes the ripper look more stupid and..argh words can't describe.
This is unethical. Enough Said.

That is a great design, however u and bigg are correct, he looks like an idiot because he has your logo, slogan, and uses your company name. I hope you figure out a way to get him!

empresasdehosting, no, it is not a unique template. However, it is clear they copied my site and did not have access to the photoshop files for editing.
sonnyrizo, thanks for the link, I'm reading through it now.
PFieldDesigns, I think I'll start with a kind email being sent first to hopefully settle this without any issues.

apparently they have since changed the TOS (at least... to me it looks different)
"T3ch believes strongly in open source media, copyright laws and all creative processes."
lol
secondly, their "support" links don't work =P sorry, just found that funny.
They obviously browse this forum and are probably hitting refresh on this topic over and over hoping you don't bother.
=P

Update: I have sent an email to them, I'm hoping this can be worked out without much trouble. If this doesn't help, I'll be contacting their ISP.
