    Virtuozzo and VE's per Host.

    Hi,

For those of you out there that use Virtuozzo, on a host with 4GB RAM, how many VE's would you stick on there tops?

I know RAM is the main limitation, but I'd rather leave some free to be honest, realistically how many VE's do you think I could manage on there without biting too hard on CPU.

Yes I know it's impossible to predict, but a ball park figure...

    Thanks,

    Dan

It really depends on what limits you are setting on your VEs.

Experiment with the 'vzsplit' utility, it is your friend.

Just a note, make sure to install enterprise kernel, otherwise you will be using only ~3.5G of your 4 gigabytes of memory.
