I just wanted to get some opinions on plans I put together and price.
Bronze Package
100MB of space
5GB of bandwidth
$4.99 a month
$49.99 Paid Yearly
Silver Package
250MB of space
10GB of bandwidth
$9.99 a month
$99.99 Paid Yearly
Gold Package
500MB of space
25GB of bandwidth
$12.99 a month
$139.99 Paid Yearly
Platinum Package
750MB of space
50GB of bandwidth
$16.99 a month
$179.99 Paid Yearly
Forum Package
1000MB of space
75GB of bandwidth
$21.99 a month
$234.99 Paid Yearly
Master Package
1500MB of space

$26.99 a month
$289.99 Paid Yearly
Super Master Package
2500MB of space

$379.99 Paid Yearly
I am not sure about the prices. Am I to high? Or to low? I took a look around and I seem to be in the middle on some things.
Thanks for any opinions

I think you have too many plans and that will be confusing to the customer. Also, think you should bag the Olympic medal names and use something more creative.

Those seem like reasonable prices. 5 plans isn't as bad as 7 :]

them plans seem pretty good, depending on the other features you off (php, mysql etc)
for names, give them bazzar names, i have yet to see ANY host use just random words as a package name lol.... *goes and starts a host with random words*

Yeah I offer PHP, MySQL, Java, all the goodies. I have a DS and have the means to get anohter when ever the time comes that I need another added.
I want to focus on quality for the customers over getting thousands I can not manage and just upset them.

One trick I'm going to do is scale down the number of certain things (such as pop email accounts, domains, ftp accounts, and sql databases) for the lower priced plans. No need for unlimited anything, just encourages people to pick the lowest common denominator.
So far I have not needed to make 31 posts thanks to the search function.

Pull an abbott and costello
customer: "i ordered the what server and..."
you: "which server?"
customer: "no the what server"
you: "what server are you talking about?"
customer: "yeah that one!"
you: "which one?"
customer: "the what one"
you: "..."
customer: "nevermind, I'll figure it out myself..."
nevermind, I'm drunk...
they look like good prices to me! (better than what I'm paying for, but in 2 years I've only experienced one downtime, so it's worth it =P)

I think you have too many plans with disk space under 1000mb compared to plans offering more than 1000mb.

Why do you say that. I do not offer Resellers. Most sites do not use what is given and 1500MB is a lot of space

I think it would be even better if you cut it down to just 3 or 4 plans. Keep things simple for the customer, let them know what they're getting, don't bombard them with information!
