Your server is most likely responding, but we lost a connection with one of our peers, route changes should have solved the problem, but a handful of users are still unable to reach our network, we are investigating the issue now.

Is anyone else having problems accessing their EZZI boxes? 3 out of my 4 are down (from Minnesota) I can get access by routing through boxes out west. I've contacted them, and they said to submit a trouble ticket with traceroute logs.
The problem has been isolated to a peer between NAC/ATT and we have escalated the issue as high as we can, we expect the issue to be resolved shortly, and will post further updates as the become available.

@George: I agree and was a little shocked at the reaction but they got spoiled because of our (Ezzi's) excellent uptime. I had grown complacent with our uptime as well, and was slow to react to let customers know what was going on. That won't happen again...
