I was really just inquiring about the status of the site now. I personally have never had a problem getting to their site, today is the first.
Just wondering if they were having some technical difficulites.
Their product is EXCELLENT!
I wasn't trying to say they have "support" problems. I have contacted them in the past and would rate their support excellent. Even though it was a sales related issue this time. I was just wondering if these were related. Seaming how their site is down I assume mail would also be down...

Yes, I whould agree with you 150% on the "sales" issues. Took me a few days to get my software and license.
I too would assume the same thing about email.
They really need a different site for support/email or a place to post when things are going on. We have such a thing for our clients, of couse in an emergency they have a phone number for a pre-recored status message. Only have used it once, but it REALLY helped. Wasn't getting flooded with support tickets either.
Sorry for the delay in responding. We are in the middle of changing IPs due to cogent being a bit strict with our providers. We were hoping cogent would be a little more proactive in helping instead of arguing with our providers and facility about their practices even after they had removed the culprit from their network.
Cogent null routed one of our class C's without warning - they seem to be more interested in keeping legitimate companies offline than being specific in their IP blocks, or reasonable in their AUP policy. As we all know, shared hosting companies, ( some of which we host ) have sites that get exploited, or abusers who purchase accounts with bad intentions - we can only remove them but not prevent these things in most cases - but they seem to think otherwise.
Just something to think about if you every consider using them - or not. And no we don't use them - this was just IP space they ended up owning because they purchased Aleron. We have been in the process of migrating away from their own IP space for a while, they just decided to accelerate it.
