    Question on ModernBill...


    I have monthly recurring members handled through
    ModernBill (just started using MB) and the new customers
    so far are all showing as pending. It does appear they
    have been billed successfully.

    But don't they automatically switch to "active" at some
    point? If not, how do I switch them to active? (Or do I
    leave them as pending "forever"?)

    If you dont have fraud guardian then they will remain as pending until you go in and switch them to active.

    If you have fraud guardian then that will do this for you automatically.
