Need help with legal stuff (US)

Can anyone point me in the right direction for help getting a new TOS written for a company based in the US? Anyone know of any lawyers that they would recommend?

    Thanks.

Although HostLegal may be perfect for a smaller company, I would suggest any serious company work directly with a laywer. We have spent hours and large sums of money building and fixing our legal documents and it has been worth every minute and dollar!

    HostLegal.com FAQ:
While these forms were developed by a law student, you should not consider these iron-clad legal documents.

Thanks for your interest in our Hostlegal products.

I would just like to take a few minutes to clarify a previous post about our TOS/AUP/AUP templates.

Our first set of templates, Webhosting Protection Kit 1.0, was developed by a 3rd year law student. These templates (TOS/PP/AUP) were officially retired May 23, 2004 and are no longer available.

On May 24, 2004, we released Webhosting Protection Kit 2.0, which was later renamed Reseller Protection Kit 1.0. RPK was developed by a technology lawyer, with over 12 years of experience in all aspects business law, including protection of intellectual property, drafting and negotiation of service contracts, drafting of standard terms and conditions for Web based services, and Web site legal compliance.

We will be updating our FAQ to reflect this important change.
