New site has a better look for sure - but it still has some problems.
the Logo Left pane is too wide - it takes up too much of the page - try reducing it by 20-25% leaving more room for content.
In the content area, bump up the font size by a little bit.
the web design content pane requires scrolling both left-right (YUCK!) and up/down - Try and not have a section of the page scroll when it is not totally necessary - like this case.
The header could be emphasised between pages - maybe it is the colour, or the size - but experiment with both and see how you go.
You really should try and get a unique Newcaslte image on the page - it is fairly obvious that your primary target audience is in the local area - so a Picture that says I am a local would help that sort of image. I used to live there about 20 years ago and know there are a lot of places you could go out and take a decent photo for your site.
Your main text is Newcastle Creative Media - so be creative and immediately show prospective clients what you can do for them!
I think that with a bit more work you will have a good site - good luck.
