The support has died at this company?

The first problem that very long last, while I shall receive this server. The second problem that the server is inaccessible also a support to nothing 2 days answer. 3 problem that I wanted reload OS and I wait 3 day. My customer already from me has taken away back money how me now to achieve from this company of money back? Since time of the order has passed 9 days and till now a server I can not transfer the customer

Sir, you requested an OS reload from linux to windows, and we do not guarantee to do this instantly. You never requested us to fix any problem, nor did you notify us of any downtime. It hasn't been 3 days either, 48 hours at the most. I put in your OS reload ticket within 1 hour of when you requested it, but the provider hasn't done anything about it. But believe me, I have asked them to do it over and over again.
