Disable Hot Linking on a Server Level

Does any one know how to disable on a server wide level, meaning not via .htaccess for an invidual domain but for all domains hosted. This is of course an apache server, any idea or suggestions or information is appreciated.

    Thank you

You mean like, putting the .htaccess code in httpd.conf?

I am not sure if it works besides .htaccess file. But .htaccess is the solution that I can suggest to you. I am not sure if there is any other way besides .htaccess.

... you put it in httpd.conf. sorry, I should have been less sarcastic before.

It will depend on exactly what module you are using to do the rerwrite rules, but if its mod_rewrite like most people check out

    http://httpd.apache.org/docs/mod/mod_rewrite.html
