E-mail receiving problem - e-mails from some users not coming!
Iam dealing with this problem for more than a week now. Server is at ThePlanet datacenter and yes I already opened Ticket there but they are investigating this for a week now without resolution.
The thing is that my clients started to report that some of their clients send them e-mail but this e-mails are not received on my server.
Then after some days of testing we realized that this happens to users which are connected to couple of different ISPs ! So if they are sending mail from their ISP mail through their outgoing mail server, this e-mail are not coming to my server.
On Saturday 14.of may some e-mail came wth couple of days delay but that was it, nothing more, and problem is still here. We<tried to change resolv.conf and entered two of my box nameservers and two more from different datacenters but that did not helped. Upgraded Exim and cPanel and this did not helped. I don't know what else to do.
I think this is not the case because some of last week e-mails came on this saturday with delay of like 2-3 days. Then now again not coming.
Here is what one ISP sent me minutes ago what their outgoing mail server log indicates:

So the tell me that delay is because of something hughe and then e-mail seems to be rejected. They told me that this is happening somewhere in the route to my server but how to indetify exactly this and who to contact
