#199057 , my ticket has been more than 10 hours now.
It is not urgent and /i am oversea.
ticket response speed is crucial for us.
I asked to tweak my htttpd( they do this as stated)....been 10 hours..no response
I looked this ticket up and would like to offer some clarification. I apologize I didn't respond sooner, our normal WHT representative Zac is out for the week.
The initial technician response to this inquiry was completed well within an hour, which was to handle several items included Installation of Anti-Virus software for E-mail protection, Recompilation of Apache with commonly used modules and PHP settings, Installation of ImageMagick, PerlMagick, NetPBM, Denial of service hardening for Apache, Securing of temporary directories and shared memory locations, Spoofing protection and denial of service hardening.
It was the followup request which the technician in charge has not yet completed which would require some investigation as you requested that we "tweak the system" much of which is covered in the initial setup.
The technician responsible set this issue as non public, non critical as it requires investigation by him specifically to evaluate other methods could suit your specific task aside from those already employed.
