Alert Servís sales were mid $xx,xxx in 2004 and are on track to be substantially more in 2005. (More details are available to serious and verified interests who sign an NDR.)
Why is Alert Serv looking for a partner? I am a one man company wanting to continue growth and realize this can only be done by accepting a partner and more specifically a partner with a financial interest in the company.
What does the partner need to bring to the table to join Alert Serv? Here is a list of non negotiable items:
1.) Available daily Monday - Friday (US) days to answer a toll free number for sales.
2.) Strong commitment to Windows Servers and hosting software. (Your skills in Linux mean nothing here.)
3.) General Windows Server knowledge to do basic troubleshooting and administration and willingness to learn more.
4.) Excellent communication skills including written and verbal in US English.
5.) Business skills. (This is as important as #3.)
Additional Skills that would be nice:
1.) Speaks Spanish fluently.
2.) Great website design skills including graphics.
3.) ASP/ASP.net/PHP programming skills.
This is an established and profitable business and you are expected to bring dollars to the table. This amount is negotiable with a minimum of $5,000 USD is required up front. This investment is to ensure you will actively work to make the partnership a success. Alert Serv is looking for cash investments and not trades or partnerships in a hosting business. However, a serious and establish server management company with profitability will be considered.
How to apply:
Send an email to jim [at] alertserv.com with as much relevant information you can provide to be considered for the partnership. Also please confirm you could have a minimum of $5,000 USD available as an investment.
