What are attendees looking for?

Just curious - what kind of things are attendees looking for who are going to this event? What do you all hope to come back home with from the conference?

This is all about meeting respected peers within the industry to share ideas. As long as I learn something that generates a new idea, I will consider this event a success. On the other hand, if someone hands me a thousand bucks at the event, I will also consider the event a success.
