Setting up an Internet radio station

Let's say I wanted to host my own Internet radio station is the same vein as live365.com. However, I don't want to use that service, I want to host off my own dedicated (Windows) server. Does anyone know what I need to get streaming audio going to make the station? I just want people to use Media Player to listen - no fancy software or anything.

    Thanks!

Shoutcast is the best and easyest way to get a internet radio station going.

There are different ways to broadcast over the Internet, Shoutcast being one of the popular ones. It broadcasts in MP3, which is nice, but there are several out there; Real has one, and I believe there are several others.
