I took a trial account at axishost, gave them my credit card information etc, later on I found a more suitable server for my sites so I cancelled by email and they're responce was 'Thank You!". Two days ago I got a receipt saying that they'd taken 50 us dollars out of my account, even after I canceled.
I wouldn't have posted this if they'd respond to my request for a full refund but I've waited over 48 hours now with no response from them.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get my money back

I wanted to clarify my above statement, since it seems to contradict itself. Our departments (support, billing, etc.) don't do any correspondance by email - they are all set to autorespond with instructions to use the HelpDesk, so that we have a record of all issues and can quickly and efficiently take care of them.
If you email me directly, with the ticket number, I will take care of it for you. I looked through closed tickets (there are no open ones) for the last 48 hours and didn't see any referencing an account closing or refund. But, we will definitely make this right with you when I get the info.
