register'd with registerfly.com for VPS on may 9th using a credit card, may 10th account was suspended.
i called got it unsuspended and they said they would have my vps set up by may 11th in the morning when the person in charge of setting up VPS got in.
right now its the 14th, and i havent recived my plesk login information, no replies to my emails or support tickets, called and they actually got rude and hung up on me... and the email they provided me to send my questions to ([email protected] gives me a mailer-daemon error)
can the user regfly please come in here and tell me what the hell is going on?

I spoke to Barbara, and she said that VPS was handled through a support ticket system, regardless of whether it was pre-sales, sales, or a sales issue. I explained my situation that our dear, dear friend and WHT member m2e1 had a situation that he was unhappy with. Barbara could offer not help.
I think the poster is correct. They were very rude.
Someone else give it a shot for m2e1. I was no help.
