    * Graphcard - just charged $1500 to recover their debt

    Hi Guys,

Another kick in the *** from 3rd party payment processors. Graphcard.com just charged our account US$1500 because of their inefficiences. Aparently back in 2004 they lost a lot of money due to their own risk management lacking in areas. Hence, they thought it necessary to charge their customers and take $1500 from their accounts. Surely this is theft.

Has this happened to anyone else?

OMG! Were they taken from your sales statement?

EDIT: The site looks like a prepaid card..

We have had more than $5000 in our account, so Graphcard helped themselves to $1500 of that amount. Can you believe it?

And to date they were doing so fine.

Also, they have now decided to charge $5 extra per transaction funded via Western Union. So for a $100 transaction, they charge approx $6 plus a further $5. That's 11%!

Correct. Graphcard incurreed a loss in 2004 and hence they said they need to withdraw amounts from everyone's account to cover their losses. Can you believe this?

Anyone else had the same situation?

I am very sorry to hear about that, Columbus.
I think you'd better get all your money out from Graphcard as soon as possible. They are big crocodile!

Hopefully you can get more Graphcard members to file a lawsuit
    to against this big snake!

How can they ask customers to pay for their deficits?
    They are like robbers!
I was wondering where can we find cyber lawyers?
Is there any cyber laws to protect fraud cases?

Damn, since when payment processors ask customers for this? Horrible...If they can't operate a good company, what's your fault? Are they totally underage? -

For resolution, you can't get your money back?

So far, I can't seem to get my funds back. They just emailed me saying they are in better control of their business now, and that this is the nature of the business they are in.

How rude of them? Anyway, now I am emailing their daily for answers. They thought they can get away with it by just sending a 3 sentence apology.

So many people around the globe CANNOT do without 3rd party processors, and in their countries they cannot open merchant accounts.

Sometimes you must do what you don't like to do. You must do business with a 3rd party to get your funds and to be in the market.
