Transfering static websites is fairly streightforward. However, if you have any Database-backed sites, things get more complicated.
If you want to *exactly* replicate your current setup, there are some shortcuts, but often its hard to install exactly the same software versions, and without that you pretty much have to dump everything out to flat files, then read them back into the database on your new machine.
Is there any chance you can buy the disk drives that are in your current machine? Some DS companies might be willing to install your drives in their hardware...

Buying hardware seems like quite a pain. For the most part, so long as the main version of the software is the same, you wont find to many issues (aka both servers have PHP4.x) in copying sites over.
If your using CPanel, it has a transfer system that works great (for the once ive used it, and that was only for a single account... But I assume it wouldnt be hard to make that work for more). And I'll guess that other major CP's have a transfer system as well, but I havent really used or looked at any.
Like I said originaly, give us the vitals on your server and we can help more.
A WHM transfer will transfer your cPanel/WHM datacases, however, it won't move any other databases that your websites may use for their own services.
Are you certain that is the case? If your situation is truly that involved, consider contracting out to someone with significant expertise in this area. It will cost you, but it will cost you far less than the loss of your data and damage to your business.
