    LayeredTech

    Any host use it?

I'd like to know who uses it, so I can test the speed.

    Thanks.

If you just want a speed test, PM me. I have access to a server on LayeredTech's network (technically Savvis)

    Email sent.. Awaiting test.

Can anyone else tell me who has servers there? I'd like to take a run on the host's site and possibly see how fast their site is ping-wise, and trial-wise.

Try it out and maybe a few clients servers if they are willing to post files.

    Thanks,

    Jeremy

Jeremy, can you contact me on either AIM or MSN? You can use the Email Me Feature to email me for my AIM or MSN address.

I'd like to discuss a sales deal with you privately.

    Thank you!

LayeredTech is on the Savvis network. One of the best networks in the US IMO. Very solid and fast, Ive never run into any network issues in the 5 months Ive been on the network.

LayeredTech itself is also a great company, although the lack of reboot ports is a downside. Although normally they are quick when requesting a reboot (~10-15 mintues). Another downside is they only have one network, normally I would advise going for someone with at least two connections. But then again Ive had much better network performance from them then Ive seen with some multihomed companies.

UTC has a Jazz group refered to as the Screaming Eagles, part of the Pratt and Whitney area. (Their logo is an eagle)

    I guess not

Nah! I had to get copyrights to this name by working with and Jumping through all the hoops with Screaming Eagle Motorcycle Exhaust.

Took alot of time, but they let me use it.
