    Can't cancel recurring in 2checkout!!

    Hello,

    Anybody else having this trouble?...

Today I logged into 2CO VERSION 1 to
cancel a recurring / monthly billing, and
was told that "REFUNDS" won't be available
until tomorrow. I wasn't trying to refund!

Rather, I clicked on the link to cancel the
    recurring billing.

    Anybody else having this issue?

    Thanks

Were these canceled orders originally made THRU V2 or V1?

We contacted tech support and the first go around they said we could cancel recurring V1 using V2 (which of course you can't). Second opening of ticket resulted in an answer saying that we needed to do it in V1. That still does not work. So we opened the ticket again. Still no answer from them this go around.

We better not get chargebacks because of this!!

I had the same problem. I ended up calling them on the phone because one of my recurring invoices was scheduled to bill the next day. The hold time wasn't that long, probably less than 10 minutes and the rep took care of it while I was on the phone with her. I got the confirmation emails only seconds later.

I'm trying to get my one site away from 2CO because my merchant rates are cheaper. Just don't have enough hours in the day to get all I need done.

My recurring's arent showing in the reports from my old v1 15071, that has been migrated to v2. The system doesnt seem to be reporting what is actually going on, no recurring e-mails from the new system are being received. The only thing received is from old v1 recurrings. Is this the best reporting we have at our disposal in v2?

    Good evening,

Thank you for your patience. We apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry. All V1 recurring orders will continue to bill through V1 and will be noted only on V1 reports. All new orders, however, will display in your V2 account. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Thank you,

What was this about again? Its been 10 days since I submitted the ticket. I've retired, my kids have grown up and my hair has fallen out.
Really, V2 was an upgrade "For them", not the sellers. The system is just more convoluted for us.
