For those who do use it and dont have problems with it, that kinda sucks. Used it for 3 years now never had a problem with it... saved a lot on gas, stamps, envelopes, ATM fee's, only took two days to get where it was going to..
I found PayPal's to be very limiting on who I could pay through it (although it has been a long time since I looked at it). Most major banks provide this service for free (as does mine) so I would suggest looking into that.
I know that, im paid directly into paypal. It was a whole lot easier then having to spend the gas to go get the money out, along with ATM Fees, put it in the bank, write your checks and wait a week for it to get to where it has to go. My car gets about 8mpg isnt exactly a gas saver :/
Always one to play devil's advocate, why drive? Directly transfer the money from PayPal to your bank account. Once the money hits (2-3 days) use your bank's online billpay to pay your bills same as you did before. Yes there is that waiting period in the middle now, but still doesn't require you to drive or anything like that (unless your driving to find a new bank )
AH waiting period dont mind to much but my limit is 500, to increase your limits you need to sell on Ebay i think but dont really have anything to get rid of haha.... and I have way more then 500 that goes in
