    I don't understand your pricing scheme...

    Your 12 hour shift, unlimited ticket only run $70/month per server

    However your 24 hour shift, unlimited tickets only run $300/month per server

    That's kinda awkard pricing, seeing why you have to pay 4 times as much just for twice the hours... ? It'd be cheaper to get the 12 hour plan twice...

    Actually the 12 hours is called After-Hours. There for it is during your off-peek hours. Like 8p to 8a. During this time you normally have much less activity, therefore - the price is cheaper.
