cheapest: www.1and1.com but their control panel is REALLY slow.
ev1.net second cheaper but many people have problem with them.
domainsite.com third but the renewal fee is as much as most place.

aplus.net providers .info domain name registration for 99 cents. Please search around WHT for feedback first.

.info's are currently $2.88 at NameCheap.com Probably your best overall value for a retail .info name right now in my opinion.

I bought a domain already, for 5 dollars at yahoo, www.arroways.com, but for some reason i have ads on the bottom, is there a way to remove it??

I think the ads stay on the bottom
