I've got one mail box with a 25.0 Meg quota. When I check the mail account it shows disk usage of 59.51 megs, yet when I go into the account, the emails that are there total no more than 1 meg. Any ideas what might be hogging the storage space?
Check your default email account. That's generally the one that people either forget about or don't realize is there.

You may have quite a bit in the trash or stored in the 'archives', check to see that there aren't multiple months of mail being saved in the trash or other folders.
