    What's the meaning of sticky in English?

    Excuse me , I'm not good at English.

    But what's the meaning of sticky in English? I can't find the words in the dictionary .

    I would consider it slang the way it is used here.

    It means the post/thread is always on the top of the forum. It is stuck ("stickied").
    If you have to operate your company behind the scenes or under a fake name, maybe it's time to leave the industry and start something fresh.

    WHT is a professional forum,they shouldn't use slang i think 'Pinned' is better word than 'Sticky'.

    I think "pinned" sounds better, although most forum software refers to them as stickies in their post management menus.
