We are seeking a creative, professional problem-solver to help us build and maintain strong customer relations through service and operational support. The candidate must have solid administrative/executive ability and familiarity with many different web hosting configurations and platforms:
OSes: Windows (NT & 2000) & Linux (FBSD & RH)
Control Panels: Plesk/Cpanel/HSphere/Ensim/Cobalt.
Our back-end has was developed in-house in ColdFusion, so CF skills are a huge plus.
+ 4 Yr College Degree (or equivalent)
+ Minimum of five years of professional web hosting industry experience at the Executive/Administrative Level.
+ Enthusiasm for building and maintaining customer relationships a must.
+ Excellent References.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent problem solver.
+ Handle all levels of customer inquiries via phone, email, tickets & chat.
+ Ability to make sound business decisions.
+ Good planning and organizational skills necessary to achieve business goals and to increase operational efficiency.
+ Assist in the creation and execution of new marketing and sales ideas.
+ Participate in an 'on-call' emergency paging schedule to address server alarms.
+ Ability to work effectively with both with our small team and independently.
+ Ability to work flexible/extended hours when necessary.

I used to work for james doing support for several of his hosting companies. Currently working in Arkansas, but looking to relocated if all is right.
Have skills in all flavors of Linux, PHP, Mysql, Perl. Very comfortable in managing servers with several hundred clients on them. Have experience with Cpanel and Plesk management, and learn fast in other areas that i need to.
