    rack911 responce time?

    Ive been trying to get ahold of someone at rack911 to become a client and have them work on some issues for us for the past 3 or so days, with no real reponce.

    Is this normal? or just a slow down from the weekend regarding sales?

    I'm pretty sure he/they are pretty swamped. Might take a few days to get a response as far as contracting with them.

    Normal business hours are 9am-5pm M-F PST. Sales support is limited on weekend.
    That is from their website.

    I would assume that means sales may not respond on the weekend or a holiday like Mother's Day.
