clustering / mirroring i dont know - HELP

i have a reseller account with a company, now lats say i wanted to have three or four servers world wide so that they are all like a back up for one, all hosted with different customers, is this possible, if it is

Would i be right in saying i should use a hardware load balancer - coz round robin doent work too well for sites requireing sessions.

I dont know what i need can some one tell me?

Having different servers at different locations will only work if you control the IP numbers and can route around the systems that are down. To do this type of routing you are talking thousands of dollars, probably better off to choose one reliable vendor. If you want more protection go with a dedicated server at a reliable location.
