    Perbill CHMOD values

    Hi,
I am currently having some problems with an installation of Perlbill - all I get are Internal Server Errors. I've tried e-mailing LogicNow but the e-mail bounced.

My theory is that the file permissions aren't set correctly but I don't have the distro. file and so I cannot check them. If anyone could tell me what the files should be CHMODed to I would appreciate it beyond words.

    Thanks in advance.

What does your error log say?

I don't want to be flip , I know that posts can be misunderstood so please take this as a post of concern. I think you have a larger problem than configuring the script. If you do some searching you will find that over all the support for Perlbill/desk etc is often lack luster , before you go to all the trouble of trying to get the script set up , a script thats going to play a huge role in your business , you may want to pin down for yourself how or if the script is going to be supported. your remark about the support email bouncing made me shudder with memories of support request going unanswered and the frustration of knowing I had bought something that I now couldn't use.

Thanks for the concern Laci, I have seen the posts here about people having problems with LogicNow support. I myself have not been able to register on their forums due to a database error (hence why I'm here).
Don't fear, Perlbill is our old system, but I still need access to it to allow management of a few old customers who have not been transfered across to WHM Autopilot.

The error log reports: Premature end of script headers

UPDATE: OK, problem solved - it was infact caused by a missing perl module.
Big props to Adam (ValcatoHosting.com server tech) for spotting it.
