It's easier to list who doesn't sell servers with AMD CPU's.

ibm has amd server..opteron ones...but the price =.=

  5. The price of any Opteron server is going to be very high.

Anyway, remember with almost any of these companies, you can negotiate - especially if you're buying more than one.

And always remember - you get what you pay for. You can build an Opteron server yourself on the cheap, or some no name company, but they aren't going to compare to an IBM/etc box.

Im sure I can build a AMD box with better components than what IBM charges for their servers, but warranty is another story.

http://www.apaqdigital.com sells AMD servers I believe. I've heard nothing but great comments about them; haven't used them myself yet.

The tyan system that Apaqdigital suggested is GREAT. We have a few of them and they run wonderfully.

Rackmount Micro also sells AMD servers.
